Making room means setting boundaries, prioritising your wellbeing, and being kind to yourself during the transition. It’s about creating a safe, calm environment—much like our small group sessions—where you have the 'elbow room' to breathe, experiment, and expand. When you clear the space, you’ll be amazed at how quickly your true potential begins to fill it.
