The CREATE Programme

Creative Support Through Fertility & Beyond.

Trying to Conceive.

Trying to conceive — and living with fertility challenges — can affect every part of life: emotional wellbeing, relationships, identity, and future hopes.

This 8‑session creative therapy programme offers a confidential, compassionate space for individuals or couples to explore and process their fertility journey using creative therapeutic approaches. The focus is not on fixing or outcomes, but on supporting you emotionally through what you are experiencing.

What Is Creative Therapy?

Creative therapy uses gentle, expressive methods such as imagery, art‑making, metaphor, and reflection to help explore emotions that can be difficult to put into words.

You do not need any creative skills. The process is led and supported by a trained therapist, with care taken to work at your pace and within your comfort.

The CREATE Programme.

Fertility journeys can involve repeated cycles of hope and loss, invasive treatment, prolonged waiting, and significant emotional strain. These experiences often impact mental health, relationships, and sense of self, yet are not always fully held within medical settings.

The CREATE Programme has been developed to offer structured emotional support through creative therapy, providing IVF Babble members with access to specialist, inclusive therapeutic care alongside or outside medical treatment.
